Maria Alexis is a visionary shaped by responsibility, resilience, and purpose.
Her journey began with a choice—to put stability first. Becoming a mother at a young age, she rooted herself in Cincinnati and pursued education, building a foundation for her child while placing her own dreams on pause.
But her creativity never left—it evolved.
Maria became an art educator, working closely with youth and discovering the true power of what she had been given. Through art, she wasn’t just teaching—she was helping children process trauma, express emotions, and find healing in ways words often could not reach. In those moments, her purpose became clear: her gift was not only to create, but to transform.
That purpose grew into Growing Artistically—a platform dedicated to helping youth and emerging creatives turn their experiences into expression, and their expression into empowerment. What she once had to navigate alone, she began building for others.
And then, she made another choice—herself.
After years of pouring into others, Maria returned to the dream she had once set aside. Not as the same person, but as someone deeper, wiser, and fully aligned.
Leviathan was born from that return.
It is the embodiment of everything she carried beneath the surface—artistry, intuition, healing, and divine feminine power. A space where fashion becomes language, where creativity becomes liberation, and where identity is reclaimed without apology.
